Sports Massage/Soft Tissue Therapy

Specific Treatment of Issues & Injuries
Using a wide variety of Sports Massage Therapy techniques, I strive to suit the individual needs of every client. First, I conduct an assessment of your physical limitations. Then, I develop a plan that’s designed to suit your needs exactly.
In a 45 minute treatment I will typically work on one area to help facilitate healing from discomfort or injury.
This may also include some assisted stretching, and post-treatment strengthening exercises to aid recovery.

Personal Training

Helping you achieve your fitness goals
My Personal Training sessions will vary depending on the client and their goals. When we begin we will together set realistic and achievable targets and during the course of our Personal Training programme we will be working towards these specific goals.
Every client will have different needs which is why we will use a variety of different equipment, training styles and training methods such as boxing, resistance training, body weight training, cardiovascular, high intensity interval training (HIIT), core, flexibility, plus many more... 

Each session is 60 minutes in duration and can be in the comfort of your own home or I operate from Nuffield Health in Cheam, Surrey.

Deep Tissue Full Body Massage

A Full Body Massage with Sports Techniques
This 90 minute massage is designed especially for somebody who wants the benefits of minimising their stressed, tired muscles. 
I use Sports Massage techniques to give a deep tissue full body massage.
This maintenance massage is not ideal if you wanted an injury or problem treated but if you desire an all over body boost, it is the ideal thing.
