Over the past two years, Krish has trained me for three separate goals, two fitness assessments and the Ride London event. With Krish’s assistance, I went from being exhausted cycling 6miles, to completing a 100mile race in a very respectable time! He complemented the personal training with sports massage, helping to ease my aching muscles and strengthen my lower back which I have had trouble with for years.
