All appointments made are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any appointments missed, rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours will be charged at full rate.

All payments must be made in full before the start of an appointment.

Sports Massage Therapy and Deep Tissue Massage sessions have an expiry of 5 months from the date of purchase.

Each appointment will be given a designated start time. Please arrive on time for every appointment. If late, I may not be able to extend your treatment to compensate.

I will not be liable for any financial loss or loss of personal possessions, as a result of, or in connection with the provision of services to you. I will not be liable for any damage that may be caused as a result of your failure to disclose medical details that may, for example, make treatment/training inappropriate. 

I will not be liable for any muscle soreness, bruising and discoloration of the skin, following a treatment, as this is quite normal.
